While concrete can provide great foundations and structural support for pool floors and walls, it’s simply not watertight, durable or low maintenance. So in the pursuit of tougher, more robust and permanent pools, stainless steel was identified as a perfect material for pool construction. Pools could now be ‘pre- engineered’ to maximise the efficiency of the construction process similar to the way that such systems have been developed for virtually all aspects of modern building construction. Typically, pre-engineered pools save considerable time and money during construction and provide low maintenance and life cycle costs in years to come. A big advantage of pre-engineered stainless steel pool construction systems is that they utilise components that are produced to proven designs in a manufacturing facility where quality control can be strictly monitored.
