NEW MINERAL FILTRATION SYSTEM LAUNCHES IN THE UK

A new environmentally proven pool filtration system using a blend of magnesium and potassium crystals is being made for the UK specialist market for the first time. The MagnaPool system which uses a hydroxinator, a high-flow filter, a high-flow pump, and a propriety blend of minerals is available on the UK market exclusively from BTU Services Ltd.

The system is available for domestic and commercial pools. Norman Macmillan from BTU Services said the system was a high end option which gives a

very environmental message. “We have just installed our first one in the UK and are getting the message out to the trade and our customers now. It does provide a very interesting option when it comes to filtration,” he said. The MagnaPool system delivers a healthier and more environmentally friendly alternative to traditional salt or heavily chlorinated pools. Magnesium chloride, one of the main components is known for its use as an antiseptic. The special filtration process naturally removes organic impurities and phosphates before bacteria and

algae can feed on them and grow. The hydroxinator naturally produces non-synthetic chlorine in a process very similar to one that takes place within our own bodies to fight bacteria and disease. These natural and efficient processes help to leave the pool clean and clear, with mineral water gentle on eyes and beneficial to skin and body.
