KIMBERLY-CLARK PROFESSIONAL STAND 10.203 IN HALL 10

Exceptional Workplaces Are Paramount For FM Success

Kimberly-Clark Professional will place the focus on creating Exceptional Workplaces* at ISSA/ INTERCLEAN 2014. Their innovative interactive stand will show contract cleaners and facility management companies how they can increase customer satisfaction whilst increasing operational efficiency to maximize profitability.

Kimberly-Clark Professional will exhibit on Stand 10.203 in Hall 10, where they will bring the concept of Exceptional Workplaces* to life and demonstrate how they can become a reality. Visitors will have the opportunity to see an array of new high-performance, low-maintenance products that will enable contract cleaners and facilities service providers to achieve excellent results, cost-effectively, time after time. These include an innovative

Aircare system introduced with five new high-performing fragrances, which will make their debut at Interclean. Other new products will include the KLEENEX(r) Refresh Kit and the SCOTT(r) Toilet Seat & Surface Cleaner. Visitors to the stand will also be offered a free gift, the award-wining Meeting Room Caddy, awarded Facilities Product of the Year for bringing hygiene into the office space at the European Office Products Awards (EOPA) 2013.

Research shows that 90% of end- user complaints about contract cleaners are related to cleaning quality, and these complaints can increase customer churn by up to 15% and reduce contract cleaners’ margins by as much as 25%. Furthermore, it is estimated that to compensate for lost business and the subsequent reduced margins, contract cleaners need a 20% increase in new business. Cristina Callejon, Target Market Leader for EMEA at Kimberly-Clark Professional, said: “We know that customer dissatisfaction, and the resulting churn, can have a direct impact on the profitability of contract cleaners and facilities management companies. That is why Kimberly-Clark Professional strives continuously to find new ways of helping our customers bring Exceptional Workplaces* to their clients. Keeping these customers satisfied is paramount, and our solutions have been tailored to address specific needs in

terms of performance and efficiency.

44 | SHOW GUIDE

“Kimberly-Clark Professional has worked with contract cleaners all over the world and seen first-hand the day-to-day challenges they face. Our products are designed to address these challenges and elevate the end-customer’s experience, while optimising contract cleaners’ operational efficiency, with the goal of ensuring a sustainable and profitable business.” At the heart of the Kimberly-Clark Professional mission to create Exceptional Workplaces* is The Healthy Workplace Project* – a programme that makes it easy for companies to reduce sickness levels among their staff by promoting the little things people can do to minimise the spread of germs in offices.

By emphasising the importance of ‘washing, wiping and sanitising’ on the job, The Healthy Workplace Project* helps to cut levels of illness-related absenteeism, raise staff satisfaction because they feel better more often, increase productivity levels, and reduce the risk of people taking germs home to their families. Simple steps include installing sanitisers around an office, and making sanitising wipes widely available, together with a comprehensive, educational, engaging, and communicative package.

Cristina added: “Facilities Management Companies can enhance the service they provide by offering and implementing The Healthy Workplace Project* at their customers' premises and create Exceptional Workplaces*. We look forward to sharing more news of our customer-focused innovations with visitors to ISSA/INTERCLEAN 2014.”
