FASSET GATHER TO CELEBRATE WORLD

KEMPER CREATES THE GREEN ON 19TH HOLE AT


RICHMOND Kemper System’s Kemperol V210 waterproofing membrane has played an important role in the development of a new sustainable club house at Richmond Park Golf Club. The new facilities incorporate a number of green technologies in order to achieve a BREEAM rating of excellent.

over a warm roof build-up, which uses acid turf from the Royal Park at Richmond, allowing the gently sloping building to blend into the rolling landscape of the course.


Jon Dummett, Head of Golf for Glendale Managed Services, explained: "The £2.5million investment into the clubhouse is part of our long-term commitment to


improving the facilities at Richmond Park Golf Course. Working in conjunction with The Royal Parks, an important aspect of this project is sustainable building design and the use of renewable energy sources. The response from our customers has been terrific and the green roof has been a real talking point.”

The firm's quarterly Insights Into Facilities Management identified a total of 27 publicly announced deals during the first three months of the year, representing the highest Q1 figure since 2008. Moreover, the volume of transactions in the first quarter of 2013 - just one less than the previous quarter's total – comes on the back of two successive strong quarters for dealflow and signals the most active nine-month
