New for 2011 By now you will all have heard of the change of structure and exciting new networking opportunities on offer in Nice. We will also ensure that everyone gets a free lunch. All you need is a badge to get in and you will receive food and refreshments during the day. Don’t miss the two cocktail parties which


will take place on the Exhibition floor on the Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. The idea this year is to provide everything


within the exhibition hall and to maximise the networking opportunities. “It is only fair to our exhibitors that we stop people needing to leave the hall. There has been a move to arranging meetings off-site and we hope that by laying everything on inside the hall there will be no need to go elsewhere,” says Stephen White. ITCA is also introducing some small intimate


workshops which will give an interesting insight into some local and interesting products. There are three topics that are being covered this year in these workshops where you will be able to join in with tastings and, in some cases, create and taste your own work based on some famous local Provencal products.

ITCA workshops Wine Workshop - This will be conducted by Peter Richards, a Master of Wine from the Winchester Wine School and a well known writer and broadcaster and a regular on TV and radio. Peter will be extolling the virtues of certain hand-selected wines which you will be able to taste with him. His speciality is Wine and Food matching working with some of the world’s leading chefs. Join him at one of his workshops and enjoy learning through his skills. Provencal Regional Products Workshop – Several local products will be presented showing you the manufacturing process, origins of the produce and some culinary ideas. You will not only be able to taste these Provencal products, but will have the opportunity to make and test your culinary skills. Possible uses in menus will also be shown, giving the opportunity to use them in your own kitchen environment. Perfume Workshop – Molinard, one of the most well known perfume houses in nearby Grasse will present how perfume is designed and created. Two talented perfumers will explain the


background and skills involved in the creation of good perfumes and they will assist you to combine scents and create your own perfume. You will be able to take your own personally- created perfume away with you as a souvenir. To book your place go to the Nice section
