Paperless Billing now available through SmartHub


You can now sign up for Paperless Billing by logging in or creating a new account using SmartHub. Members with smart phones or tablet devices can download the SmartHub app from their app store software (Use the term “NISC SmartHub.”) Smart- Hub is also available on personal computers at www.vvec.smart- hub.coop. You will need to set up a user name and password when you access the program for the fi rst time.


Once logged into Smart-


Hub, you will be prompted to turn off paper bills. Simply click on “Yes” and submit. You will no lon- ger receive a paper bill but will be able to view your bill using Smart- Hub. If you change your mind and want to start receiving a paper bill again, you are able to make the change via SmartHub. Simply go to My Profi le, My Information and then Update My Printed Bill Settings. Then click on “Turn On Printed Bills”.


SmartHub provides you instant access to your electric ac- count, customer service and out- age reporting. Users can choose to receive an E-mail or text for VVEC notifi cations, such as when a payment is due or when a ser- vice interruption is scheduled. SmartHub allows members to make payments right from their smart phone or tablet for FREE.


SmartHub is also an information hub delivering personal electric usage data directly to you, safely and securely. PAY AS YOU GO


As an alternative to regular


billing, VVEC off ers Pay As You Go Prepaid . It is available to new and existing members. You do not receive a paper bill when on Prepaid, but you can review your account history such as usage, charges and credit balance by signing into SmartHub. Prepaid allows you to pay for your electric- ity before it’s used. You can now pay in advance according to your budget or for as much as you want to use. As a Prepaid Mem- ber, you will need to pay a $25.00 membership, $25.00 connect fee, $25.00 deposit and $25.00 credit for electricity, for a total minimum of $100.00 to have your service activated. Prepaid electric service requires your account to have a credit balance at all times. You will receive low balance notifi cations by phone, text or email. PAYMENT OPTIONS VVEC Members have

available. (1) Pay online via Sm- artHub, free of charge (2) Pay by phone through US Payments by calling 918-371-2584 or 1-800- 870-5948 and selecting option #4 (3) Pay at KIOSK locations in the general area Nowata: Homeland @ 813 E Cherokee Ave; Bartlesville: Homeland @ 811 SE Frank Phil- lips Blvd and 915 S Madison Blvd; Skiatook: Mister Bass @ 4000 W Rogers Blvd; Owasso: Sunny’s Kwik Stop @ 11700 E 86th St N and the KIOSK in the VVEC Lobby which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week (4) Pay in the offi ce (5) Night Drop or (6) U.S. Mail.


VVEC also off ers an Au-


tomatic Funds Transfer (AFT) program. You can choose to use your checking account, Visa or MasterCard. The payment drafts automatically on the 25th of each month.
