I joined ROL Cruise in 2009 as a finance assistant. From the first day, I have loved the company, sector and products we promote. Through good mentoring and being fortunate enough to be sponsored to study towards my AAT, I have now progressed to finance manager. I relish every day coming

annual awards evening, which celebrates successes of the business and individuals who have made a difference to customers. “Our first ACE awards


evening took place in July and was hosted by TV star Paddy McGuinness. Everyone had an absolutely amazing evening and we were proud to bring the whole team together to celebrate everyone’s collective achievements.”
