Graduate programmes Elevator General Management Programme This is our European graduate fast-track programme, devised to develop our general managers of the future. You need to have a real passion to be a general manager: you must be highly mobile across Europe, and a second European language is advantageous.


This programme takes in all the aspects of hotel management during two nine-month placements in at least two European countries.


UK & Ireland Management Development Programme This is our country-based graduate programme, lasting 18 months, split into two nine-month national placements. It develops your skills in particular areas, such as food and beverage and front office. Upon completion, you should be an assistant manager in your specialised area.


FINESSE Finance Graduate Programme


This is our EMEA-based, 36-month programme, which includes two 12-month placements in our hotels. During the course you will also gain the CIMA qualification. You will gain experience in all of the main finance functions, while also being exposed to operations, business development and human resources. After completion, you will be assigned a full- time finance role with the goal to fast track your career to being a finance director within five to eight years.
