ELANOR SAHADOW head of product & purchasing – short haul & third party products After leaving school in 1989, I held various roles in banking and accounting, with the aim of saving enough money to pursue my interest in travelling. I travelled extensively in Turkey hosting tour groups and visiting archaeological sites, ancient civilisations also being a passion of mine. In 1995, I volunteered with an educational charity in South Africa providing basic literacy and numeracy education, it was also where I met my husband! I started at Saga in 1996.

I have always loved to travel and when I started in the industry, I knew it was where I wanted to be. During my time at Saga I have worked predominantly within our finance and commercial teams. I am lucky enough to lead an outstanding team that is responsible for the end-to-end processes, from product conception, contracting, set-up, pricing and operations.
