The sun was shining as Mrs. Shaw, the Paddle Community Association (PCA) and our School Councillors opened our brand-new Adventure Playground.

It has taken two and a half years to raise the money for this fantastic equipment for our children. After the ceremony, the children enjoyed ice lollies in the sunshine.

We would like to express our thanks for the generous donations from the parents, friends and local community of Eaglesfield Paddle CE Primary Academy, along with the support of Cumbria County Council.
