Bear’s Den patrons hooked on fi sh fry

The all-you-can-eat Friday night fi sh fry recently
introduced at the Bear’s Den café in the Bear Creek
Golf Complex was a success from the fi rst splash,
according to Linda Hollenbeck, food and beverage
manager.
“Our staff told me customers said they liked that the
fi sh was lightly breaded, not at all greasy and had a lot
of fresh fl avor,” says Hollenbeck. “People are more
likely to complain, so when people tell you that, it’s a
real compliment.”
The Friday evening special is served from 5 to 9 p.m.
