• Wash testicles clean, and cut into thin slices.
Wash again and put them into cold water to soak.
Drain well.
• In the meantime put a tablespoon of lard or oil into
a saucepan, heat it up and fry.
• When half fried, add 2 finely chopped onions.
Cover the saucepan and fry the testicles on a lower
heat. When onion is well fried, the testicles should
