Day 1:Saturday.CASABLANCA. Welcome at Mohamed V airport. As- sistance & transfer to Casablanca. Orientation tour of the economic capital of Morocco with external visit of Casablanca big mosque. Check in at the hotel, dinner and overnight. Day 2: Sunday:CASABLANCA / RABAT (60 mi). Breakfast the hotel.


Cooking lessons with Chef Monceif Menu: • Reception with Moroccan tea. • Variety of Moroccan salads (Kebda mchermla,Tchoukchouka). • Tajine of chicken with lemon and olives.. • Supreme of orange with cinnamon.


After lunch, Departure to Rabat, the white imperial city and the administrative capital of the kingdom. City tour. Dinner and accom- modation at hotel. Day 3: Monday. RABAT / MEKNES / FEZ (135 mi). Breakfast and departure to Meknesand visit. Continuation to Fez via Moulay Driss. Dinner and accommodation at hotel. Day 4: Tuesday. FEZ. After breakfast, brief tour of Fez before commencing. COOKING LESSONS in the heart of the Medina. The new school serves as your entry point to the secrets of Moroccan cuisine. The team of chefs have gained their skills from their mothers and grandmothers. They’ll share with you the skills to prepare authentic Moroccan dishes as they’ve been prepared for generations! Lunch. Afternoon devoted to the sightseeing of Fez. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel. Day 5: Wednesday. FEZ / BENI MELLAL / MARRAKESH. Adaroch passing by farms and of husbandry cows, Mrirert, Khenifra. Optional lunch and a moment of relaxation in Beni Mellal, one of the agricultural centers of Morocco. Day 6: Thursday. MARRAKESH. Visit of historical Marrakesh.

Cooking lesson and lunch in a Riad in the medina of Marrakech: • 4 kinds of Moroccan salads • Tagine of chicken with preserved lemon • Tagine of Kefta with poached eggs • Pastillia with milk and almonds.


Dinner and accommodation at hotel. Day 7: Friday. MARRAKESH / CASABLANCA (135 mi). Breakfast and departure to a new cooking lesson in a farm in the suburbs of Marrakech at Chef Tarik Atelier.
