SECRET CORNERS OF VENICE


English speaking only (2hrs) from Mon. to Fri.


The tour will start from the heart of Venice: San Zaccaria’s square, San Giorgio of Greeks, San Giorgio of Sciavoni and the Venice’s Arsenale, with his twin towers. From here, Rio delle Galeazze, you’ll board on a private motorlaunch to discover the hidden Venice from the water. You’ll arrive to Fondamente Nuove, for a quick look to the northern side of the Lagoon, the islands of San Michele, Murano and Burano on the landscape. Again through the little canals we'll be back in the middle of the town for a short stop at Rialto’s Market, a kind of European souk and than on boat again to reach St. Mark.

The Lison Pramaggiore DOC wine area is set in the most eastern part of the Veneto. Within a short distance from Venice, we reach this rich agricultural area and visit one of the local vineyards, to see how they are producing wines today, and enjoy a variety of tastes of wines. Return to Venice.


Full Day TOUR MEDIEVAL TOWNS OF VENETO & PROSECCO WINE TASTING


(Approx. 8 hrs) Thursday


Visiting three of the most enchanting Towns in the Veneto region. Marostica, with its medieval castle, then to the picturesque town of Bassano del Grappa and crossing the celebrated Palladian bridge over the Riviera del Brenta we will visit the famous distillery. Next stop is Asolo “The pearl of the Veneto” and optional lunch in one of the local restaurants. Discover a white sparkling wine called “Prosecco” Italy’s most popular “vino frizzante”. We visit one of the most important Cantinas (Vineyards) of the area, followed by tasting a glass of Prosecco wine and 3 other wines. Return to Venice.


Full Day TOUR CORTINA & DOLOMITES (Approx. 8 hrs) Mon.&Thur. Passing through tunnels with astounding views of canyons and the scenery is quite breathtaking. Upon arrival at Cortina, you will have approximately 1 ½ hours of free time to stroll around and take in the picturesque views of the mountains. Weather permitting you may also take the Cable car up to Faloria .We then continue our trip towards the natural lake of Misurina .Return to Venice.


Full Day TOUR VERONA & AMARONE (Approx. 8 hrs) Tues.& Fri.


Discover the magic of the wonderful city of Verona and the regions of Amarone and Valpolicella. We start with the medieval towns of the Valpolicella region, where there are some of the most beautiful, panoramic views of Sirmione and Lake Garda. From here we drive to a vineyard for a guided visit and learn about Amarone wine. Enjoy tasting some of the different wines they produce. Continue to the city of Verona at Piazza Bra where the world famous 1st Century outdoor arena is located (third largest in Italy) it has over 22,000 seats and is the perfect place for outdoor operas and concerts. You will have approximately three hours of free time. Return to Venice.
