Pilates Instructor: Tina Houpy

Classic Pilates mind/body work is a whole body exercise that focuses on strengthening the core postural muscles, while incorporating the strength, stretching, and balance work of yoga and Thai Chi. Experience multiple varieties of yoga combined with strength training exercises in this weekday evening and Saturday morning class. Increase flexibility while sculpting the entire body. Look and feel strong, toned, relaxed, and renewed. Appropriate for all levels of yoga. Studio A.

Gentle and Restorative Yoga Instructor: Tina Houpy

Very gentle yoga flow, incorporating restorative yoga suitable for all levels and abilities. Location TBD.

Yoga Renewal Instructor: Jackie Yu

This is a slower paced classic Hatha class incorporating strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Simple breath work and meditation may be included for a well balanced, renewing experience. All levels and abilities welcome. Studio A.

Very light, relaxing yoga of the Yin style where passive poses are held. Studio B.

Ab & Roller Lab Instructor: Jackie Yu

Experience the ultimate abdominal workout in 45 minutes of focused exercises designed to strengthen and stabilize your core muscles. Get stronger and leaner with improved posture and low back health. Participants must be comfortable using a stability ball and BOSU. Studio A.

Barre Bodies/Core Fusion Instructor: Tina Houpy

Using the ballet barre, firm, tone, stretch, and sculpt your entire body in an energetic, up-beat environment. This class uses the barre, gliders, resistance tubing, weights and other fitness equipment, with a special focus on core exercises. Studio B.

Flexi-Balance Instructor: Jackie Yu

This class focuses on total body flexibility as well as balance and core strength. A combination of stretches and floor exercises designed to target and stretch common problem areas such as hips, lower back, neck and shoulders. All levels welcome. Studio A.

Sculpt Fusion Instructor: Tina Houpy

Core conditioning at its finest! This upbeat and exhilarating class uses core-based exercises designed to enhance athletic performance. Prepare for intense abdominal work, weight work, strengthening, and sculpting. We won’t forget the BOSU! Studio B.
