A little extra support Kim wins at Heat Heroes 2016 Awards

We’re absolutely delighted to announce that Kim Bartle, Affordable Warmth Assistant, has been awarded a Heat Heroes 2016 Award.

The awards run by National Energy Action in partnership with Scottish Power, recognise individuals who have made an important contribution to helping people struggling with the effects of living in a cold home.

Kim was awarded for the incredible amount of work she does to help people in need. She’s gone the extra mile in helping many of you reduce your fuel debt, helped you with new equipment and liaised with companies on your behalf. Kim also became a solar PV champion, training members of new staff across the organisation on how it works. Kim has supported over 230 of you, over the last 12 months and helped to save you over £43,200 by switching deals and accessing grants.

The judges, said, “We felt her achievements and all the testimonials she received showed that she was doing an excellent job and that she was going ‘above and beyond.”
