Prior to joining NECAT in 2016, Joey served as the executive director of the East Boston Y, an inner-city branch focused on youth and teen programming. She also acted as the executive director of a free, community sailing program for children, and worked in corporate communications and marketing for Logan International Airport for many years. All experiences have led her to NECAT, allowing her to combine communications and nonprofit management expertise to advance the mission of NECAT.

Naim is the founder and owner of an acoustic design firm. He has designed many main sound and international broadcast systems all over Israel, one of which was for the 2009 visit of Pope Benedict XVI to the Nazareth Church of the Annunciation. He is also a board member of the Akko Conservatory of Music and a founding member of “Keshet,” an Arab/Jewish community leadership council. In 2015, Naim joined the board of the NICAT organization and played a leading role in the process of building the ACAT Center.

Lorii Rabinowitz brings over 20 years of experience to DCAT. Her background combines unique attributes and experiences: a biology degree with media sales; business development with community engagement; strategic partnership with strategic planning; facilitation with fundraising. Lorii served as both the Capital Campaign and Board Chair for Project Angel Heart and serves on the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation and UNM Alumni Association Boards. She has also volunteered in varied local and national capacities for Kappa Kappa Gamma.

Prior to WMCAT, Daniel served as co-founder and principal of Grand Rapids University Prep Academy, the first Centers of Innovation School in Grand Rapids Public Schools. He was named “Principal of the Year” by Grand Rapids Public Schools for 2014-15 and is a Diversity Scholar with the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Daniel is currently an Ed.D candidate in interdisciplinary leadership at Creighton University, receiving his Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University and his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from University of Iowa.
