“He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?”
To Do Good & Show Mercy As Children of the Highest: WME’s Annual Christmas Program – Micah 6:8
“For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? For sinners also love those that love them. And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? For sinners also do even the same…Love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest…Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.”
WME Partners & Supporters,
I can almost guess the thoughts running through your mind (because I’ve been thinking the same thing) —- “Where did the time go? October seemed to come so fast this year…. You mean it’s already time to start thinking about WME’s end-of-year Christmas projects?”
Actually, yes it is. I know December 25th might seem like it’s still a ways off, but the truth is the Christmas holiday season is quickly approaching. Before you know it, families and friends will gather to give thanks to God for His goodness and manifold mercies. And right on the heels of Thanksgiving, we’ll be celebrating the infinite love of God the Father to mankind through the gift of Jesus Christ, the awe- inspiring moment when the Son of God became Emmanuel, God with us in human flesh.

This is the season to stop and humbly remember God’s gift of salvation and His many mercies to each of us. It’s a beautiful time to honor the Lord by showing compassion to the lost, doing good to those in need, giving out of a full heart, and showing mercy as children of the Highest.Who better than Christians who have liberally received the unde- served mercy of God to understand the real meaning of Christmas? We can share with others the divine mercy that we have received from the Heavenly Father who first loved us.
Through WME Christmas programs, children who might not receive gifts are assured the joy of being remembered during the holidays.
WME’s annual Christmas program is a wonderful way to do good and to show mercy to people in the USA and abroad.
WME has food pantries that provide help year-round to those in need. For just $25 you can supply a holiday food basket to a family facing hard times in the USA.
There are children, teens and handicapped individuals who otherwise may have no gift to open at Christmas without the generosity of WME’s supporters. To make their Christmas special, we need items like toys, dolls, games, books, crayons, coloring books, sports equipment, watches, clothing, coats, shoes, children’s Bibles and Christian DVDs.
Perhaps you would like to participate in the Annual Shoe Drive. For a gift of $30, you can provide a quality pair of warm shoes or boots to children living in a state-run home or to elderly facing a long, cold winter with little provision in Romania or Moldova.
