Aquatics Aerobics


Scheduled class times include equipment set-up and clean- up time. Classes are subject to change, capacities may change at instructor’s discretion.


These classes are all included as a benefit of the aquatic membership. Nonmembers may participate in any of these great classes by paying the daily fee.


Aqua Cardiotone Instructors: Danielle Hilgers and Shelly Stirling


Use the pool as your fitness tool. Aqua Cardiotone is great exercise for people with beginning or advanced athletic skills. Learn water exercises for strength and conditioning of all the major muscle groups. Aerobic interval drills will improve athletic ability. Aqua Cardiotone is a fun and balanced water workout, and is a refreshing asset to your fitness goals. Ages: Adult. No Class: 7/4.

Aqua Fit and Fun Instructor: Roberta Kaminski


Are you tired of being a couch potato? Has your doctor suggested exercise? Join other seniors for an easy and fun way to get moving. Registered nurse, Roberta, will guide you through an easy, fun, workout to get you fit and healthy. The best part is, you won’t even get your hair wet! Ages: 55+.

This class is part Latin Dance and part toning. Splash your way into shape with aquatic dance moves followed by muscle conditioning to improve balance, posture, and flexibility. Ages: Adult.

Pilates Plus Aqua Instructor: Kathy Maska


This innovative class combines the cardio benefits of an aerobics class with beginner level Pilates, to strengthen, lengthen and align your posture. In addition, you will improve your balance and flexibility, develop core-stabilizing strength, and improve your self-image. The water creates a unique training environment that provides therapeutic benefits and allows for an amazing degree of control and intensity. Ages: Adult.

Arthritis Water Therapy Instructors: Bridget Dowling, Roberta Kaminski


This water therapy class safely keeps your joints moving and improves your sense of well-being. Water is the ideal environment for relieving arthritis pain and stiffness; it allows you to exercise without putting ex- cess strain on your joints and muscles. Class included guidance from a trained an certified instructor. No Class: 7/4.
