Classic Pilates mind/body work is a whole body exercise that focuses on strengthening the core postural muscles, while incorporating the strength, stretching, and balance work of yoga and Thai Chi. Barre Bodies/Core Fusion Instructor: Tina Houpy


Using the ballet barre, firm, tone, stretch, and sculpt your entire body in an energetic, up-beat environment. This class uses the barre, gliders, resistance tubing, weights and other fitness equipment, with a special focus on core exercises. Studio B. No Class: 11/24, 11/26, 12/24-1/7.
