Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber Chamber Bloomsday Garden Party! O

ur Chamber Garden Party on the 16th of June was a wonderful night and we’d

like to thank all involved – the wonderful team at the Moorings for hosting the event, Brigid Ballot Flowers for dressing the venue so beautifully and Dungarvan Brewing Company and Legacy Cider for providing samples for the evening. Local poet Clodagh Beresford Dunne entertained us with a funny, thoughtful poetry reading, sharing a selection of her own works and a piece by James Joyce to celebrate the day that was in it. The soundtrack for the evening was provided by the excellent jazz duo Indigo Mood and the warm, lively atmosphere made the event a real success.

DATE CHANGE FOR NETWORKING DINNER WITH THE PARK HOTEL DUNGARVAN Our next major networking event will be hosted by the Park Hotel Dungarvan on the 14th of July – a change to the previously advertised date. The Park Hotel is launching its new Early Bird Menu - developed by renowned chef Conor Foran–and to celebrate the Flynn Family & General Manager Declan Moriarty have kindly invited our members to be amongst the first to sample it. Attendees will have the opportunity to try dishes from the new menu and network with other members in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. Places are limited for this free event, with

a maximum of two tickets per business, so booking is essential. It will be a great chance to meet colleagues, other businesses and potential clients to discuss issues, pick up a few tips, make new contacts and spread your message whilst enjoying a wonderful culinary experience, so don’t miss out!
