DAWLISH TOWN COUNCIL WATERFOWL AND


MAINTENANCE WARDEN


Dawlish is proud of its famous Black Swans. The council is looking for a second warden to take care of them and all the waterfowl on the brook in the town centre and to maintain play parks and land.


The warden will ideally have a qualification and


experience in animal care, they must be willing to work every weekend, to give talks to


holiday-makers, to be called out in an emergency, and to use their own vehicle to carry out maintenance tasks.


30 hours to include 7 hours on Saturdays and Sundays each week from 1 April 30 September


19 hours to include 3 hours on Saturdays and Sundays each week from 1 October to 31 March, £8.54 per hour.
