Leadership Academyʼs is getting children outside to play and learn about the outdoors

For children who love the

great outdoors, Leadership Academy’s summer camps are a ticket to outdoor play and exploration. Leadership Academy’s day camps will take place this summer with several different camp options for chil- dren of all ages. Camp Warner Park makes

every day a dedication to nature education, exploration and outdoor play. Warner Park campers can splash in the creek, learn games with new friends, visit the nature center, and more. The camp serves children ages 6-12, with extend- ed care options provided. Camp Bells Bend & Beaman

Parks brings children face to face with the beauty of nature in two of Nashville’s most beautiful parks. Every day brings a new way to develop outdoor skills like building a fire, planting a garden, or iden- tifying plants and animals. The camp is perfect for children ages 6-12, busing and extended care options are also provided. Have a teen in your life

who is ready to take action and make a difference? Teen Leadership Adventure is a tech-free, all-weather, outdoor nature camp that helps teens build leadership skills, connect with new friends, and explore the beauty of nature, all while giving back to the community. Mountain Bike Camp is

where teens can hit the trail for a cycling adventure, as they learn key skills and concepts in science, technology, engineer- ing, and mathematics (STEM) with cycling expert Doug Farrar. The camp serves rising 7-9th graders, with a beginner and advanced track offered. Nashville Sail Camp is a sail-

ing skills camp for beginner sailors. Sail Camp is a chance for kids to learn from sailing experts while gaining hands-on experience with essential sail- ing techniques. Campers spend every day on shore and on the water, learning the fundamen- tals of sailing on beautiful Percy Priest Lake. The camp serves kids ages 8-15. Leadership Academy knows

that recreation and outdoor play are vital. Camp is a place you can build character

strengths that last a lifetime and have unforgettable summer fun. No matter your child’s interest, Leadership Academy has a highly personalized camp program that will awaken their love for nature, encourage their sense of adventure, and intro- duce them to lifelong friends. There’s no doubt about it: these camps are the perfect way for kids to play! Spots are filling up fast so now is the perfect time to register. Visit leadershipacade- or call 615-856-4772.
