• DANCE
Our dance program celebrates all ages, physiques, and levels of experience in exploring the joy of dance! Supportive professional teaching artists help you discover or hone your unique gifts, trust your instincts, and experience your body as a powerful expressive instrument. Children’s classes instill confidence and a sense of accomplishment through creative play and mastery of basics. Adult & teen classes promote exploration and skill-building through a breadth of styles and techniques. At semester’s end, dancers may choose to join our exciting dance showcase on the MainStage.
THEATER Expressive vitality, creative choice, and
supportive fun are the core of our acting and comedy programs. Kids’ classes foster social, emotional, and dramatic skills. Teens and adults build skill, instinct, and community as they explore topics in greater depth. Stand-up comedy classes test material on full houses in FlynnSpace. Acting programs present work in studio performances. Join the local theater community for Monday Play Reading Group or National Theater Live Theater Industry Mixers!
MUSIC
Our vocal and instrumental programs for infants through adults foster community and create joy! Children’s classes enhance kids’ natural creativity and improve concentration, coordination, and cooperation. Classes for adults and older youth balance individual attention with ensemble work, broaden musical knowledge and performance skills, and introduce like- minded friends who often play and sing together for years to
come.Singers Onstage, Adult & Youth Jazz Combos, & the Jazz Vocal Ensemble all hold concerts at semester’s end, some in Burlington Discover Jazz Festival.
