Welcome

Our regular readers will notice a few changes in this month’s issue. The basic ‘shape’ of the magazine remains the same with

all your favourite features, but we’ve chosen some more contemporary typefaces and we’ve redesigned our cover, which we’re really excited about.

It’s been a busy few weeks here at Woman Alive and the magazine is not the only thing to see changes. Our offices have been redecorated, so they are looking fresh and smart, and we have said goodbye to Paula, our advertisement manager for over 12 years.

Paula is moving on to a fresh challenge and told us: “I have been privileged to be part of the team at CPO and have enjoyed working with so many lovely people, but I feel it’s time to move on and explore new opportunities. I will be working with a charity involved in making a positive impact on the lives of people with autism and their families through funding and research, which is very exciting.”

So, as we wish Paula well in her new job, we look forward to welcoming Karl Ayling as our new advertisement manager. Karl will be joining us for the November issue and we hope he will soon feel at home here.

In the meantime, we hope you enjoy our October issue and find it inspiring, attractive and a delight to read from cover to cover. Do let me know what you think.
