"Dilworth Park, at the base of City Hall and a national historic landmark, opened after a $55 million renovation in September 2014," she notes. "We find the uniqueness, quality, convenience and demand for our location to be parallel to none. The park offers flexibility to accommodate every need, including large capacity events. The programmable fountain can be left on in sections or turned off completely for your event. The trees around the park insulate it from the sounds of the street and add a swath of green in the center of Center City Philadelphia."

What'smore,it is a state-of-the-art,100 per- cent ADA accessible park that promises a new standard for events of all types, adds Anello. "Rental rates include the equip- ment necessary to make the area private and exclusive for events,security,commu- nity service representatives, use of three event boxes for electricity, water hook- ups, complimentary Wi-Fi, full logistic coordination, and an onsite coordinator."

The park is well suited for tenting, and clear top tents in particular can add a true "wow factor” to events held here. Anello notes,"Our full service event team will help the planner with all aspects of an outdoor event. The park has hosted several high-profile events, and our staff is very experienced in working with national event producers and sponsors."

Large kick-off or closing events can be accommodated at Dilworth Park for as many as 3,500 people. Events of this size and magnitude are well suited to the park. Events that are open to the public and interested in attracting large crowds, such as outdoor festivals, product launch- es, social media and press events would benefit from this setting, as well. Anello notes that many events like these that have taken place at Dilworth Park have been very successful, and some have even generated record attendance in the park.
