Enjoy the legacy of the Tour de France

The ride provides the unique opportunity for sportive riders to experience a mix of Yorkshire hospitality and Tour de France delivery.

T

he Tour de Yorkshire Ride is a unique opportunity for sportive riders in the UK to experience the Tour de France legacy and to pave

the way for the pro riders. The sportive will take place on the same day and roads as the 3rd and final stage of the Tour de Yorkshire pro ride (Sunday, 3rd May). Some of the roads used were also in action at the Yorkshire Grand Départ. Three distances and a women only Cycletta will be available. Organised by the Tour de France owners (ASO) as well as Human Race (the UK’s largest mass participation company behind over 50 events in 2015) and Welcome to Yorkshire; the Tour de Yorkshire Ride has International cycling’s most experienced delivery team.

The rider experience will include a unique mix of Tour de France delivery combined with Yorkshire hospitality and beauty resulting in a mass participation sportive dream day.

Bernard Hinault, 5 times Tour de France winner enthused: “The Tour de France has had a sportive alongside it for many years and it’s a unique experience for amateur
