Zen Cook casserole pots, great for cooking and look beautiful on your table. Here is my favourite Moroccan roasted squash and cous cous recipe.


1 x Crown Prince squash- sliced and seared Cous cous

Wild garlic or spinach chopped Feta cheese cut into cubes 1 x tbs Olive oil

Black pepper

Fluff up cous cous when cooked, then carefully stir in all the other ingredients and serve for a delicious simple supper.

Wild garlic, an early summer treat, grows by clear streams and in shady woods. Savour its sweet crunch and heady garlic aroma raw in salads or wilted in gentle heat.
