Everyday exercisers being 18 times less likely to eat junk food than less regular exercisers: “This just goes to show how good habits foster yet more good habits. It’s a self-reinforcing virtuous cycle, and it’s proof positive that all you need to do is take that all important first step. Book yourself an induction at your local gym, pull on those shorts and get out for a run. Do it, and you’ll want to do it again; the rewards of a healthy lifestyle make it so worthwhile.” Everyday exercisers having the highest levels of body confidence (over 75% happy):

“I totally get this. It’s a case of feel good to look good; look good to feel good. As well as promoting physical fitness, regular exercise is massively beneficial for your psychological well-being. People who are fit, look fit and feel it too.”
