Do you want your family to be fitter and healthier in the New Year? Then why not kick start 2015 by joining one of the fantastic MEND (Mind, Exercise, Nutrition...Do
it!) programmes set in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. This is a great club designed to help families who believe their child or children are above a healthy weight. Families can sign up FREE but hurry as it is first come first served!
MEND’s 10-week programmes will take place in Baden Powell Primary School, Tremorfa for 5-7 year olds and in West- ern Leisure Centre, Ely for 7-13 year olds. Two further programmes in Cardiff and Barry are planned. These will all start January 2015, so call and speak to the friendly team today on 02920 907 699 or email Nutrition.Skillsforlife.ca
