Ticketed Events A endees may register on-site; however, space is limited for  cketed events which are available for purchase at the registra on desk. Event  ckets must be presented at  me of admi ance.

Badges The offi cial registra on badge should be prominently worn and displayed at all  mes for prompt admission to the exhibits area, opening session, general session and other events. Badges are not transferable and may not be loaned to anyone for any purpose. All Show a endees and exhibitors must wear their badges while on the Show fl oor except infants in backpacks or slings. If you lose your badge, inquire at the registra on area. There will be a $5 per badge fee to replace lost or forgotten badges.

Children Children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all  mes when in the exhibit area. Registra on for children is complimentary and must be done on-site. All children except infants in backpacks or slings must be registered and have a badge to be admi ed to the exhibit area. Children under 18 are not permi ed on the Show fl oor during setup or teardown.


Live Animals Live animals of any kind are not allowed on the exhibit fl oor, with the excep on of service animals.


Photography/Filming Photography or recording within the exhibit area or general session rooms is prohibited.

Smoking The JW Marrio ® is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas.
