A closer look at….Counselling

There are many unique and individual ways we internalise our struggles. Working with a skilled listener, counselling gives you time and space to explore your troubles, to gain better understanding and a chance to find your own strength and resources. As an ongo- ing commitment to the care and support of our members we offer FREE COUNNSELLING to all of our members, their family and carers. Call 01793 481700 for an appointment.

Member Stories: Those first steps through the door

“I wish I had come along sooner. When I found the place, I wanted to come as much as possible. I’d only just filled my forms in but I still came in the next day for a coffee and a chat. It’s just so warm and friendly and I felt at home straight away. I’m doing Pilates at the moment which I’m really enjoying but it’s also about the company and the welcome I receive every time I visit. ” Helen Hills, member
