KEEN readers may remember I wrote a piece about the swanky new place to be, The Suburbs earlier this year.


Six months on I thought I would keep you informed on their


latest ventures and see how they were getting on... I decided to pop in during a lunch break to check up on the


venue and it was evident it was going from strength to strength!


They had recently won the Gold Award for ‘best newcomer’ at the Chester Food and Drink Festival (pictured) and there are many new and exciting things in the pipeline.


The outdoor area is


now finished and makes a secret retreat for those


wanting to enjoy a little fresh air while enjoying their cocktails. From chatting to the friendly staff and management it


was clear they were secretly thrilled with the success of The Suburbs, saying that “The team would like to thank the community of Hoole for their warm welcome and support they have received and are committed to offering the best watering and grazing hole in Chester”


So again readers if you haven’t tried it or even if you have, go and see what’s going on you won’t be disappointed!
