SUPPORTER’S REPORT

Delivering Dedication, Empowering Excellence, Providing Precision

The oil and gas industry has traditionally looked to Europe and the United States for valves. There has never been an opportunity to source an Australian-designed and -manufactured valve in a complete range of API 6D. Until Valve Technology Australia.

T

he concept for Valve Technology Australia is simple,” says Mr Trevor Motsos, CEO of VTA. “We use our 40 years of experience in delivering

complex and precision engineering solutions to our customers to create VTA, to focus on the provision of individually tailored valve solutions for industry.” Mr Motsos has over 20 years of experience

in the global oil and gas industry, including 15 years has the managing director and chief executive officer of a major global engineering business which has been supplying engineering services internationally for over 40 years. In 2008, Mr Motsos devised, planned

and implemented the establishment of a Malaysian manufacturing facility and has been instrumental in forging relationships with major global businesses, while ensuring the continued quality and timely delivery of the groups output. The CEO’s vision for VTA was to establish

the first Australian company to design and manufacture ball valves by gathering the most experienced and technically proficient experts together to create a team that has the knowledge, expertise, credibility and resources to develop a significant presence in the global valve market. That vision was realised by the creation of
