PAINT & POWDER COATING PRODUCTS & PROCESSES VarioRobot

The robot for top-quality coating The EISENMANN

VarioRobot has been

specially developed for use in paint shops.

Its design concept gives this robot outstanding advantages.

Only the easy to clean process arm projects into the spray booth and covers a large working range.

All other mechanical parts are located

outside the booth for easy maintenance.

The “Hollow Wrist” concept integrates supply lines and colour changers inside the process arm. All components are readily accessible and easy to service. When using VarioRobot the customers need a smaller booth width as compared with conventional industrial robots, thus considerably reducing the required supply air, exhaust air and circulating air quantities.

VarioRobot is also highly flexible. It comes up with a large working range, rapid traverse speeds and a large number of colour changers integrated into the arm (up to 40 colours). A double pigging station can be integrated inside the arm. The EISENMANN VarioRobot is programmed off-line via VarioCad without interrupting production. The software developed for this purpose permits simulation of the entire coating process in order to verify the process flow and interfering contours.

The VarioRobot has proved its value not only in automotive coating plants: it is also predestined for use in a whole variety of coating applications

for metal and plastics. Existing plants with roof and side machines can be converted without difficulty and without changing the booth dimensions.
