Targeting fi lm fanatics with the 2014 blockbuster Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and key events such as the Simpsons’ 25th anniversary, each new licence has been carefully selected to allow Hallmark customers to capitalise on the latest consumer crazes.

THE extreme mud run known as the GRIM Challenge didn’t daunt the team from Card Connection as they tackled it for the second year running. Four of their team from the Farnham head offi ce of the


UK Greetings-owned card publisher and franchisor set off with 2,600 other nutters to run through mud, over tyres, logs and hills to complete the eight-mile extreme challenge last week. “We have recently rebranded,” said runner and MD Michael Johnson, “and our new corporate tag line is We Make A Difference so it seemed fi tting that the team got together to complete this tough challenge which we hope will make a difference for Macmillan Cancer Support.
