AOMC Classic Showcase 29th April (above) There were a number of debuts at this year’s Flemington Show. Peter Fisher’s very tidy looking 4A, Ted O’Connor’s nicely patinated 4A, recently acquired from Bendigo and, not least, our new club banners. Not strictly a debut the first appearance in new hands was Tony Perkin’s Vogue, Keith Upton’s old car, which looks like it has gone to a good home. Also present were Thys Stryker’s Junior, Glen Bishop’s Bantam Special, David Howell’s 4AD Special, Laurette Jardel’s 4A, Trev Leech’s Le Mans and the Gazelle’s of Mark Leech, New Elkington and Andy Bull...a terrific turnout (over 1,100 cars) and an excellent day.
