Step 4: Sexy Squat and Lunge Up • Deep sumo squat (look sexy while doing it!) (Count = 1, 2) • Drop right knee down in lunge position (Count = 3, 4) • Stand up slowly from lunge position, while circling hips (Count = 5, 6, 7, 8) • Repeat on other side by dropping left knee down after squat

Step 5: Side Step with Body Pump • Start with feet together • Leg steps out to side, while both arms swing down (Count = 1) • Leg steps back together, while popping rip cage forward and doing a double arm pump in front (Count = 2)


STEP 6»


Step 6: Jamaican Skank Slow Skank: • Start with feet together. Heel tap*/step forward. (Count = 1) Lift knee (Count = 2). Return foot. (Count = 3,4) Fast Skank:


• Same as above, but speed it up double time. *Advance it by adding a slight heel twist (in to out)
