About us HML is a third-party administration company that operates in the financial services sector. It has 25 years of experience in the outsourcing industry and is based at three sites – it is headquartered in Skipton, and also has offices in Glasgow and Derry, with approximately 1,300 employees in total.


It currently has approximately £44 billion of managed assets and 50 major clients, including banks and building societies. Mortgage administration is HML’s main service at present, although it also offers standby servicing and securitisation, business intelligence and asset trading, among other services.
