opened Tapasya restaurant. Mr Anand, who was appearing


at Yum! Festival for the first time, after helping train MasterChef India finalists, said:”It was great to be part of this local festival. I am new to this area and so it was a great opportunity to get involved with the local people.” The chef cooked a

DIPNA ANAND JOINS SPICE 2 GO


SPICE 2 GO, a UK-based takeaway franchise chain, has brought onboard the curry expertise of celebrity chef Dipna Anand to help perfect its curries and introduce new signature dishes. Dipna is one of the family members behind the Southall restaurant Brilliant, which has won numerous awards. She has teamed up with Spice 2 Go in order to put authentic Indian flavours into its existing dishes, as well as adding her very own recipes to the menu. Dipna’s arrival coincides with the launch of Spice 2 Go’s second restaurant, located in Cardiff. Several more are expected to open in the coming months. n
