Sun Lakes will hold its Welcome Back Party on Saturday, November 2, from 6:30-11:00 p.m. at the Oakwood Ballroom in IronOaks Country Club, Sun Lakes. The western-themed party will be $35

Fit and Fun Weigh-in Club members lose weight and feel great

weight? Do you have one hour a week? Would you like to get slimmer and healthier? We can help you with positive support, reinforcement and information at our weekly weigh in meeting! Think about it - are your pants getting a little too tight? If you answered yes, come and join us! Fit and Fun is an informal, positive weight loss support group for women who are ready to make changes. Come for a weekly weigh-in, education and support session. We are taking charge of our bodies, lives and attitudes together! We meet in Cottonwood Country Club, but all women from Sun Lakes are invited to join us. We meet all year round, every Wednesday, every week. Weight loss is always easier together! When: Every Wednesday morning at
