Sun Lakes resident celebrates 100th Birthday


Lynn Dunlap Elise Neff was born at home on August


17, 1913, in New Orleans, Louisiana. She moved to Arizona 75 years ago. She became a Beechnut Girl for many years before taking a job in an offi ce and working till she was 65. Elise was too active to retire; she went back to work and did not retire until she was 86 yrs old. Elise and her daughter moved to Oakwood in 2000. When asked what her secret is to her longevity she replied, “I took care of myself, ate healthy and didn’t smoke. I also have all my own teeth.” 
