MESSAGE FROM BCA AWARD EVENT COMMITTEE

As the Convenor of the BCA Award Event Committee, I feel very proud and honoured to have worked with my team, who have shown great commitment, effort and enthusiasm whilst in the process of organising the overwhelming tasks that goes towards making our event a success. Our award ceremony this year is once again to be held at the magnificent Park Plaza Hotel, Westminster Bridge Road, London. The entertainment, ambiance, your presence and our commitment to you - we hope you will agree will combine to make the finest recipe for success.

The Awards will honour our successful caterers from all over the UK. From the thousands of entries received our finalists are chosen with great care and attention. We then have the daunting task of choosing from this, the short list of nominees, the select few who we feel have escalated in their ventures and deserve to be recognised.

This year also sees the arrival of a new award for the best Regional Chef , which we feel is so significant as it allows us the opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate the skills and culinary expertise that underpins every successful business in the curry industry.

Whilst this year’s Honour awards are to be given to our community leaders who have worked shoulder to shoulder for the benefit of the Bangladesh Caterers Association and have powered through to make great advancements in their careers.

I would like to convey my heartfelt thanks to all our sponsors for supporting us, as without their support, it would not be possible to make such an event successful. At the same time we would like to thank everyone who have advertised in our magazine, again, we thank you for your support.
