Cromer’s Town Crier swapped parchment for an iPad to herald the arrival of new service for the town. Jason Bell was outside Cromer Museum was launching MyHigh.St/Cromer, East Anglia’s first e-commerce town site. He became an “i-Crier” as he read a specially-commissioned proclamation announcing the new online market.

He said the cost of building and equipping the park will be around £150,000. Already they had received a legacy of £18,000 and hoped that they would receive Lottery funding.
