The DP system with 63-410 rotary nozzle is designed to hydraulically clean smaller bore drain pipes in excess of 19mm bore, regardless of pipe routing or configuration.

DP is extremely flexible and the hose connection has a very short tail design to permit tight bends to be negotiated with relative ease.

The system employs the DP 3/16 bore hose which has an OD of 9.2mm and a maximum working pressure of 250bar. The design pressure range for the nozzle is from approximately 50bar (725psi) to 100bar (145psi) .

• Easy to operate and handle • Easy to install to pumping units • Suitable for hot or cold water

• Vigorous cleaning action It can be seen from the chart below that the nozzle spins up to 9500rpm at 100bar with an output of 14.5 litres/min. Higher pressures up to 200bar can be used

Bar 50 75 12.8

Average rpm 7,500 8,500 9,500 Litres per minute 10.4

100 14.5

The nozzle design harnesses the power of the water jets to drive the nozzle along the drains, self propelling.

The flow of the water is backward toward the drain inlet and the powerful water action clears blockages and flushes the piping simultaneously.

The OD of the system is below 12mm thus enabling ease of entry to drain systems and providing an easy to use and an easy to store solution for drain cleaning.

NB The system is not designed for steam boiler pipe cleaning.
