Low pressure fluid hoses FLUID HOSE RANGE

Exitflex fluid hoses are available in bulk or as assemblies as described on this page and the price list on page 51

Automotive range

LF hose features an FEP140 liner for applications where coatings demand Teflon, or a hose without moisture present in the inner tube,

essential in

moisture cure applications. This hose fast cleans for colour change. (Colour, clear translucent.)

LM hose features a polyamide 6 liner for excellent solvent resistance. Ideal in the automotive painting industry. Wall thickness is minimal making it light and flexible (Colour, clear translucent).

LX hose is a smaller bore hose designed in particular for re-circulating, automotive duty with a PA12 liner. The cover is a clear PU The hose is very flexible. (Colour, clear translucent.)

MA is a non reinforced co-extruded hose with a PA6 liner and a clear PU cover. The small OD is popular. (Colour, Natural.)

Industrial Range

The Exitflex range of fluid hoses are suited to a wide selection of industrial finishing applications.

LPC hose is conductive and ATEX compliant. This is a development of the original well known and widely used LPV type hose. The difference is the conductive cover. (Colour, black.)

LPV hose is non conductive and widely accepted in painting applications in environments where the explosion risk is low or not present. The hose is designed for hard use and to carry industrial solvents but is not suitable for immersion in solvents. The construction with PU gives these hoses friction and kink resistant characteristics. (Colour, black)

SR suction hose is constructed from rubber with a double textile braid and a polyamide inner liner. SR hose has the strength to resist vacuum without collapse. This product can also be employed as a pressure hose up to 500psi. (Colour, black.)

VOW twinned hose has an atomising air hose welded to a fluid hose to provide the user with a neat assembly. The air hose is PU with a polyamide lined LPV fluid hose. (Colours black and red.)

CSP powder hose is for use with manual and automatic powder coating spray guns. The clear PVC is designed to provide a low static performance and excellent transport of the powder to the applicator. (Colour, clear natural.)
