Low pressure air hoses

AIR HOSE RANGE Non conductive air hoses

AB breathing air hose solvent resistant

AB is a reinforced breathing air hose, of PE alloy construction without toxic bonding agents. The hose features a clear FDA approved inner tube, a blue cover produced from a blend of PE providing excellent abrasion and solvent resistance. The hose is available in 8mm and 10mm bore with excellent flexibility and mechanical strength.

AL general purpose PVC hose

General purpose top quality reinforced PVC with red cover and clear FDA approved liner. The hose is free from toxic bonding, flexible and light.

RA rubber alloy air hose

RA air hose is constructed from a very soft feel hybrid material blended from rubber and thermoplastic components. The hose is lighter than standard rubber and has a role to play where low weight and a very flexible product is needed. RA is widely used in re- finishing applications and is also well suited in engineering workshop. RA should not be left in baking ovens during the heating cycle. (Colour, brick red.)

RPUA reinforced PU hose

RPUA is designed for compressed air duty. It is manufactured from a sturdy and very durable Polyurethane blend with excellent solvent tolerance. RPUA has a long life, great flexibility and is very easy

to clean. It has proved to be very effective in the automotive sector. The easy clean nature and reduced OD has seen great operator acceptance. The low weight also reduces operator fatigue.(Colour, red.) A comprehensive range of re-useable connectors is available. )

Conductive and anti static air hoses

ABC breathing air hose Breathing air hose for use in Atex, class 2 locations. The hose has a black conductive PU cover, nylon lining and is reinforced . The hose has pull strength and good flexibility.

AC general purpose PU hose A general purpose, flexible PU/PU, reinforced hose for general purpose duty. Ideal where class 2 Atex compliance is specified. AC has a black conductive PU cover. Clear inner.

RR anti-static rubber air hose red

RR is a multi purpose rubber hose suitable for use with oil, water and compressed air. It is heavier than RA, but is very hard wearing and versatile. The hose incorporates an imbedded copper anti static wire. (Colour brick red.)

BR anti-static rubber air hose black

BR a black rubber hose with a static conducting, smooth, hard wearing cover SBR/NBR rubber lining, reinforcement is by polyester cord conforming to BS 5118/2 and ISO 2398 type4 class A.

Electrical resistance >10-16 ohms/m (BS2050). Temp range -30ºC/+80ºC.MWP 20bar
