COTTAGE OFFERS OASIS OF CALM

LOUGHBOROUGH’S Indian Cottage restaurant recently celebrated its fi rst birthday, having been launched in May 2012. The restaurant, which can seat 100 covers including a large function room, serves what is described as ‘traditional Bangladeshi cuisine, with light contemporary twists.’ Head chef, Shafi qur Rahman Choudhury, is from Sylhet, and has over 30 years experience working in the Bangladeshi cooking sector.
