Councillor Reports

Correspondence has been received from a North End resident highlighting damage to the verges by large local farm vehicles. This may be connected with vehicles avoiding speeding traffic. The Clerk will be writing to local farmers. Recent police speed checks confirm vehicles are travelling too fast and exceeding the speed limit. The Clerk will check whether farm traffic warning signs can be installed

Complaints have also been received regarding parking along the High Street and on the adjacent footway. This parking is legal providing the footway is not obstructed to the extent that it cannot be used for child buggies or wheelchairs.
