Meldreth Manor Fete


Saturday 22nd June 2.00pm until 5.00pm


Please support Meldreth Manor and Orchard Manor by attending our fete on Saturday 22nd June. There will be a variety of stalls and entertainment, together with a bar, tea tent and food available.


Entry fee is 50p; children free. Driver Taster Sessions


For the third year running husband and wife team, Kay and Grant of Keyhole’s School of Driving, will be providing driver taster sessions in the school car park for £3 per go. All proceeds will be donated to Meldreth Manor. There is a minimum age of 14 years. Two vehicles will be used: a Fiat 500 and a Vauxhall Corsa. Anyone who wishes to have a go will also receive a discount on any future driving lessons booked with Kay and Grant and in addition will receive free access to their theory test website, a saving of £8 per month based on current charges.


Meldreth Manor School Haslingfield Colts Under 14s Football Team


One of your local youth football teams is holding an open morning for any youngster who wants to play the beautiful game next season. Come along to Haslingfield Recreation Ground (off New Road in the village CB23 1JW) anytime between 10.30am and noon on Sunday 16th June to have a kick about.


Haslingfiled Colts Under 14's is looking for new players to strengthen its squad to play in the local league. To play you have to be in Year 9 at school from this September.
